ANSWER
LOWE will conduct monthly inspections of private and communal areas which are unannounced and unscheduled. During these inspections we carry out risk assessments and other safety and maintenance checks. Our property inspectors are very experienced in matters of fire and health & safety.
We also get access requests from property owners or their representatives. These are often random or unscheduled, but we will always provide guardians with 24-hours’ notice prior to giving access.
We strive for a happy household of responsible guardians and a building that is secure and well looked after, meaning a happy property owner too!
