We understand property and the needs of our clients. Whether your property is going through development, regeneration or disposal, we are here to secure your property in the interim while you work through your plans. We see ourselves as an extension of your in-house team and we’re always available for any help you may require.

SINGLE POINT OF CONTACT

With a dedicated Account Manager, all of our clients have a reliable, single point of contact to help with any enquiries and requests. Your Account Manager is contactable any time during business hours and can help arranging access, submitting and overseeing applications for the removal of business rates, providing any necessary information for insurance purposes, creating reports, and working on proactive PR opportunities.

REPORTING

All of our clients benefit from access to their own bespoke online CRM platform, where we store all of your property’s key information. This includes all necessary compliance, inspection reports, legal documents, financial agreements and information pertaining to business rates applications. You will be given instructions on how to use this platform. Every month you will receive a monthly report from your Account Manager, giving you a full update of your property, including any maintenance that has been carried out, as well as what the guardians have been up to.

QUARTERLY REVIEW

We look to develop long-standing relationships with our partners that are based upon trust. As such, we remain 100% transparent throughout the management of your building. We would propose to have quarterly strategic reviews with you to discuss our ongoing management of your property, our legal frameworks and any improvements we can make to our service.

PR & MARKETING

At our client’s discretion, we look to promote positive stories about your property and the guardians living in it. This can be in the form of a e-newsletter sent out to our database, a press release pitched to journalists, articles for our online journal and social media posts.
