FLEXIBLE ARRANGEMENTS FOR LANDLORDS

We typically enter into short term agreements with property owners. When a client requires their property back, only 31-days of notice is required. Guardians receive 28 days’ notice, allowing adequate time for the complete restoration of the property, as well as the opportunity for guardians to be rehoused at another LOWE property.

FLEXIBLE ARRANGEMENTS

We typically enter into short term agreements (minimum 16 weeks) with property owners. When a client requires their property back, only 32 days of notice is required. The licence agreement we enter with guardians is a legally binding contract and based upon a flexible monthly rolling contract, with no break clauses and up to 28 days of notice. This allows adequate time to complete the restoration of the property, as well as the opportunity to rehouse guardians at another LOWE property (where possible).
