We take great care of the buildings we secure. This means fully fitting out the buildings to a habitable standard and managing the building on a 24/7 basis. Our in-house maintenance operatives provide upkeep for the property, and our dedicated out-of- hours service ensures the property is in safe hands round the clock.

FIT-OUTS

We take great care of the buildings we secure and manage each building on a 24/7 basis. This means fully fitting-out the buildings to a habitable standard prior to our guardians taking up occupation. We also take all necessary steps to comply with health and safety legislation, and wherever necessary, we carry out the installation of kitchens, showers, bedrooms and communal spaces – for no additional cost. We always provide our clients with a full schedule of the works planned and estimated timeframes, so you are always in the loop.

BUILDING CARE

We have a strict application process and extensively vet all our guardians to ensure thatthose who occupy our buildings understand their responsibilities, are socially responsible and reliable individuals, and care about both where they live and the surrounding community. We want our guardians to contribute to the community, stimulate local economies and fill empty buildings with life. We want to avoid having derelict buildings (in disrepair) present in our local communities.

LOWE MAINTENANCE

Any building under occupancy requires regular maintenance and repair. We make it our priority to protect our guardians’ health and safety and preserve the property’s physical integrity. Our highly skilled in-house LOWE Maintenance operatives are on hand to provide upkeep for your property during business hours, and our dedicated out-of-hours service ensures the property is in safe hands round the clock.

Such maintenance jobs may include:

– Plumbing, including shower and tap repairs, replacements, washing machine installations, remedial repairs & removal of pipework.
– General maintenance, including painting, plastering, tiling & repairs.
– Carpentry, such as kitchen unit installation, adjustments & repairs.
– The replacement & adjustment of locks.
– Electrical works, such as electrical installations, fault finding & testing.
