our culture

At LOWE, each and every one of us is passionate about making a huge impact on people’s lives and providing a property service we truly believe in and would want to receive ourselves. There is a culture of innovation that runs right through the business, where new ideas are welcomed across all levels and everyone’s voice is heard. We have built a professional but informal meritocratic environment. We work collaboratively, supporting one another and celebrating each other’s successes and it is because of this that we are a very close-knit team.

Whilst everyone has clear responsibilities, each team member is encouraged to grow within the company and take on new challenges. We want our employees to stay with us for the long-term and will always seek to promote within where possible.

DIVERSITY & INCLUSION

We’re passionate about creating inclusive communities which promote and value diversity, and we want to make sure that our workplace reflects these communities. We celebrate multiple approaches and points of view, and we’re always growing our network of people. Our focus is on building an inclusive workplace where difference is welcomed. While we have room to improve, we’re committed to creating a culture where everyone, no matter race, gender, age, religion, or background can do their best work, and feel included and valued.

our team

As well as getting to work with our fantastic team who are some of the best professionals in the property industry, LOWE encourages a great work-life balance including generous holiday allowance, a day off on your birthday, team days out, monthly socials, as well as an individual development plan.

Our team brings together the most ambitious and diverse minds and we’re always on the lookout for bright and brilliant individuals with the right can-do attitude to join us. So, if that sounds like you, then drop us a line. And if there isn’t role advertised here that’s quite right, don’t let that put you off. Get in touch. We would love to hear from you.

Our Vision

LOWE is a property management company with a difference, we believe in doing guardian schemes the right way. There are currently 216,000 properties lying dormant in the UK. These properties can have a negative impact on the local community but the reality is that if used in the right way, they hold the key to helping ease the national housing crisis.

Working closely with local authorities and landlords we are providing a viable solution for everyone. We’re working really hard to change the perception of guardianship, providing safe, comfortable and dynamic places for people to live. At the same time, we’re securing vacant buildings against squatting, mitigating business rates and lowering insurance premiums for property owners. It really is a win-win for everyone.

Our Mission

LOWE is on a mission to provide keyworkers and young professionals with good quality affordable accommodation. These individuals are essentially the lifeblood of our economy, giving so much back to our communities. But all too often they are priced out of the areas they work in, forcing them to endure long commute times and high transportation costs. By utilising vacant buildings we can significantly improve this.

Guardianship is about creating communities. Establishing inspiring places for people to live and thrive in. A fun and positive space that it is treated with utmost respect. Achieving this means we can provide property owners with a low-cost, professional and reliable solution to keeping their buildings safe and secure. Often saving them money at the same time.
